For example, if you attend a meeting, your username may appear in the attendee list. When you turn on your video camera, your picture appears. Shareholder Services offers services in the area of share register management and the holding of general meetings. Within the scope of these shareholder services, the following personal data is collected and processed, depending on the area of application.

  • Consent of the person concerned: According to the Activity Report Edöb 2001-2002, by purchasing registered shares, the purchasers also declare their willingness to accept the content of the Articles of Association.
