During the GV peak season, the Operation Center of DEVIGUS Shareholder Services is very busy.
After a two-year interruption, this year's AGMs will again be held with physical presence of the shareholders. Until the end of May, the DEVIGUS team is responsible for more than 30 AGMs, most of them with televoting.
We also have a premiere in store: We are pleased to be able to use our GVMANAGER-Live platform to hold our first, purely virtual General Meeting with live voting and an integrated request to speak for the On Holding.
In order to be able to cope with this peak load in the GV peak season in the usual quality, we are dependent on the support of our temporary team members. Without their cooperation, the implementation of these numerous projects during this intensive phase would be inconceivable.
Despite the increased use of e-voting, our return team still processes thousands of AGM registrations and instruction forms day after day, packs and sends AGM invitations, and supports our AGM project managers in the back office or on site if required.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank them most sincerely for their great and much appreciated efforts.
