Secure voting at the touch of a button for your general meeting – with Televoter

Ensure secure voting and a professional process at in-person general meetings—with Devigus’ Televoter.

These reliable and user-friendly devices are available with or without a display and make it easy for your shareholders to cast their votes in person. Our software also records the results in a tamper-proof manner and evaluates them immediately.

The benefits of Televoter

Highest security standards: Every single Televoter device is assigned a unique identifier, which prevents duplicate votes. In addition, all voting data is transmitted using strong encryption. This makes unauthorized access impossible.

Accurate vote tracking and immediate results: The software accurately tracks voting data and enables immediate analysis, including real-time visualization of the results at the general meeting.

Comprehensive and audit-proof documentation: All votes and results are automatically logged in an audit-proof manner.

Easy scalability and configuration: The setup and maintenance required to use Televoter is minimal—whether the general meeting has a few dozen or several thousand participants.

Flexible use: Thanks to its seamless integration into our GVMANAGER system, Televoter is suitable for both in-person general meetings and hybrid events. It is also possible to connect the devices via API to selected third-party systems, such as smartphone apps.

The core features of Televoter

Intuitive voting:

Televoter offers the greatest possible ease of use for your shareholders. They simply vote on the current question using the three clearly labeled buttons on the device and receive confirmation via an LED display as to whether their vote was successfully cast.

Flexible coordination models:

In addition to supporting various standard voting types, Televoter also supports ad-hoc voting, such as for amendments. You can also set the duration of each vote individually. This ensures that your shareholders have sufficient time to make a decision, even on complex issues.

Precise vote recording:

All votes cast are accurately recorded and processed within a few seconds. Our software automatically weights the votes of individual shareholders—even in the case of complex votes where, for example, voting restrictions must be taken into account.

Immediate determination of results:

The results are compiled and displayed immediately after the poll closes. If needed, you can break them down by various criteria and present them graphically.

Automatic generation of meeting minutes:

Our software automatically generates a detailed report for all votes and results, allowing you to thoroughly analyze your shareholders’ voting behavior and ensuring compliance with external audit requirements.
