Our history
We have been developing high-quality services and solutions for our clients since 1987. More than 40 companies with a total of more than one million shareholders now rely on our services.
1987: Arturo Devigus founds the sole proprietorship Devigus Engineering.
1999: Development of the first in-house application for conducting general meetings.
2004: Introduction of the AREGIS share register software at the major banks UBS and Credit Suisse.
2005: Development of the second generation of GVMANAGER, our comprehensive GM software.
From 2005: Receipt of numerous certifications for quality management, information security, and data protection (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27017/18).
2023: Implementation of the first 100 percent latency-free virtual general meeting.
