70 Years of Shareholder Services – A Success Story

Together, Ruedi, Louis, and Philipp bring a combined total of about 70 years of experience in shareholder services to the table and have been shaping DEVIGUS for many years with their expertise, reliability, and dedication.

Ruedi was already involved in the development of AREGIS, our share register under Swiss law, back in 2001. To this day, he remains the primary point of contact for client-specific requirements in the areas of reporting, order processing, capital actions, and employee reconciliation.

Louis joined the DEVIGUS team in the spring of 2003 and played a key role in developing the new generation of GVMANAGER based on the Microsoft .NET Framework. Today, he draws on his extensive experience to assist our clients in preparing for and conducting general meetings, and he is continuously working to improve our services.

Philipp has been shaping the further development of AREGIS for many years and has, at the same time, become a proven expert in auditing and information security. As the security officer, he is responsible for conducting challenging client assessments as well as the annual audits by the certification body SQS, thereby making a significant contribution to the quality, security, and continuous improvement of our services.
