In doing so, Investora is focusing not only on already listed Swiss small- and mid-cap companies, but also on potential future candidates for listing.
Another new feature is a dedicated media track in collaboration with TX Group, the public limited company that publishes the Neue Zürcher Zeitung, and APG|SGA.
Devigus is actively participating in the official conference program. On Wednesday, September 16, 2026, Arturo Devigus will join experts in corporate finance, law, and securities markets to discuss the topic:

The panel will be moderated by Lea Fäh, an editor at *Finanz und Wirtschaft*.
In a reverse merger, a company goes public by merging with a company that is already listed on the stock exchange. Under certain conditions, this process can serve as an alternative to a traditional initial public offering, or IPO for short.
The panel will examine the financial, legal, stock market-related, and operational aspects of this process. This also includes the requirements regarding corporate governance, shareholder structure, and the administrative handling of such a transaction.
The conference will open on Wednesday with a keynote address by Gerhard Schwarz, Head of Equity Strategy at Baader Bank. He will provide an outlook on the development of the financial markets.
On Thursday, the program will feature, among other events, the panel discussion “Bilateral Agreements III: Opportunity or Risk for Switzerland?” The discussion will include Magdalena Martullo-Blocher, National Council member and member of the Board of Directors of EMS-CHEMIE Holding AG, and Simon Michel, National Council member and CEO of Ypsomed. Valentin Ade of *Finanz und Wirtschaft* will moderate the discussion.
Company presentations, Q&A sessions, one-on-one meetings, and networking events round out the two-day program.
