On the occasion of the new company law coming into force as of January 2023 as well as the upcoming changes and possibilities in the execution of hybrid and virtual general meetings, we had the pleasure to welcome more than 120 guests at our partner event in the KKL Luzern.

With the latency-free transmission, the live votes on several agenda items and the connected requests to speak through to processed motions for amendments, we have shown that with our GVMANAGER-Live platform we are already ready for future hybrid or purely virtual conduct of general meetings.

The subsequent panel discussion with our distinguished guests was very interesting and provided a good insight into how societies are facing this new challenge.
