Devigus partner event at the SIX ConventionPoint: "Artificial intelligence in line with the GDPR and the EU AI Act"

On November 19, 2024, our partner event took place at the SIX ConventionPoint in Zurich - a complete success with exciting insights and inspiring discussions. Under the title "Artificial intelligence in line with the GDPR and the EU AI Act", our top-class experts shed light on current challenges and opportunities in the use of AI, especially in the area of shareholder services.

Participants were able to benefit from informative presentations:

• Martin Janisch from Microsoft gave a practical demonstration of how modern AI solutions can be implemented in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Prof. Dr. Daniel Häusermann from Homburger AG provided valuable insights into the legal framework and the requirements of the EU AI Act.
• Arturo Devigus, CEO of Devigus Engineering, demonstrated specific use cases of AI in the area of shareholder services and spoke about the future of these innovative technologies.

The highlight was the concluding panel discussion, in which the experts responded to questions from the participants. An interesting debate developed on the practical and legal aspects of AI solutions, which inspired all those present.
