A historic milestone: Amrize AG’s first annual general meeting was successfully held

Today we had the privilege of being part of a special moment: We successfully held the first annual general meeting of Amrize AG at the Casino Zug.

Following Holcim’s spin-off in 2025, this Annual General Meeting marks a significant step in Amrize’s independent development. We are proud to have supported this historic occasion both organizationally and operationally.
