Successful 12th fully virtual general meeting at Habegger Studio Regensdorf

This year, we were once again able to successfully hold another virtual Annual General Meeting at the Habegger Studio in Regensdorf. With approximately 180 shareholders in attendance, we held our 12th fully virtual Annual General Meeting, underscoring our many years of experience in this area.

Thanks to GVMANAGER-Live, low-latency technology, and seamless integration, the Annual General Meeting proceeded smoothly and was conducted at a high technical standard. Shareholders’ questions could be displayed on screen without interruption and answered directly by the Board of Directors. This demonstrated once again that virtual Annual General Meetings can be designed not only to be efficient, but also interactive and engaging.

The fact that the event was once again held at Habegger Studio underscores the high standards of quality, reliability, and professionalism we uphold in our virtual general meetings. At the same time, it demonstrates how digital formats can be successfully established in the long term without compromising transparency and dialogue.
