We are pleased to announce the successful execution of the first latency-free virtual general meeting according to the new Swiss stock corporation law. The event took place today on our state-of-the-art GVMANAGER-Live platform and marks another milestone in the DEVIGUS success story.

With a seamless and absolutely latency-free integration of the live voting, an immediate result determination and presentation as well as a perfect simultaneous translation from the original language English into German, new standards were set today.
