Successful virtual general meeting at Habegger Studio Regensdorf

At the beginning of December, we reached a significant milestone in the history of virtual general meetings: with GVMANAGER-Live, we held the largest event of its kind to date. With around 200 shareholders taking part, it was a complete success!

Thanks to GVMANAGER-Live, latency-free technology and seamless integration, even spontaneous requests to speak from shareholders were displayed without interruption and answered directly by the Board of Directors.

This Annual General Meeting marks the beginning of a new era in which virtual general meetings are not only efficient, but also interactive and connective.
