Successful virtual meeting of creditors of Steiner AG

On November 7, 2025, we had the opportunity to once again demonstrate the possibilities of modern technology at the creditors' meeting of Steiner AG. Over 220 creditors attended virtually, learned about the next steps, and actively participated. This is impressive proof of how powerful and flexible our GVMANAGER-Live solution is.

With GVMANAGER Live, we not only manage to conduct virtual and hybrid general meetings efficiently and securely. We also open up new opportunities for our customers to design complex voting and communication processes digitally, interactively, and in compliance with legal requirements.
