First SPAC trusts in our competence

On 6 December 2021, the standard for SPACs at SIX Swiss Exchange came into force. This means that the listing of SPACs in Switzerland has been possible since that date.
VT5 Acquisition Company AG ("VT5") is the first SPAC to make use of the new framework with its initial public offering (IPO) on SIX.
