Half-time AGM Season 2022

Thanks to a good number of general meetings that were physically held again, the first half of the 2022 AGM season was marked by a successful return to some normality.

The Operation Centre has already processed over 100,000 proxy and admission card orders and printed 8,000 admission cards. In addition, 63,000 shareholders have used our e-voting portals gvmanager-live.ch and gvmanager.ch.

To date, we have successfully conducted a total of 18 general meetings, both physically and online.

‍

Because nothing can be taken for granted on this road back to normality, our thanks go to our very valued employees who make a great effort for our customers every day.
