The 2020 AGM season began for the Devigus team with detailed planning of staff, hardware, transport and hotel reservations. Just on 28 February at the first general meeting, the first drastic measures for the event industry were taken.

Thanks to our flexible staff and their many years of experience in the field of shareholder services, we were nevertheless able to steer the situation in the right direction in good time.

In the end, there was only one AGM in 2020 with personal attendance by shareholders in the Devigus customer portfolio. This situation will unfortunately extend well into the next AGM season in 2021.

Devigus used the time to further expand its digitalization strategy to meet the new challenges around shareholder meetings and the new stock corporation law. Be curious about the news that will be presented soon.
